Had my hair cut by Elaine - first time going to this location & her. My hair is a blunt lob. Best haircut of my life! It lays perfectly and looks amazing. Highly recommend her if you’re a short hair girl looking for a good cut, trendy short hair style without looking like a “‘mom cut”

I adore it here. Such a beautiful relaxing space and the best talent in the area. Meredith does the most amazing nail art and Elaine takes the best care of my hair, cut and color always looks amazing. Book in advance, it's sort of hard to get in, but worth it!

I had an appointment with Kristen Mee. I had the best experience and was happy to book another appointment with her at the salon. My former stylist had a baby last fall and didn't resume any work with clients. I have been to multiple salons on the west side searching for a new "home" and never felt fully comfortable. From the minute I walked in to the moment I walked out the door, I felt valued, respected, and appreciated. I walked out with a total confidence boost! Kristen was professional, took her time in our consultation, and asked a lot of questions to find out what I wanted and how I manage my hair (and listened to my answers). She's also adorable and very personable, which is a huge bonus. I am extremely happy with my hair and the service I experienced. Keep up the clean, friendly and professional atmosphere...it's appreciated!!!

Stella and Shay is by far the nicest salon in Cleveland! All of the girls are extremely talented and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy! The new location in Westlake is beautiful. If you haven’t checked it out yet - what are you waiting for?!

I had a gel manicure done and had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted quickly and they were immediately ready for me. Elexis was patient and kind. She did a wonderful job on my nails.

I cannot believe how poorly I was treated by Stella and Shay. I made an appointment for a set of gel nails over six weeks ago. The technician called AND texted me last night to confirm my appointment today. A mere 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment they called and cancelled. I was told that the next available appointment available to me would be July 25th! My husband and I both lost a day of work and I was given absolutely zero consideration when it came to rescheduling. If this is how they treat clients, I would think twice before scheduling ANY service with them.
